自然科学名词、术语是进行科学技术交流的语言工具,应该具有明确的科学概念,并能恰当地反映其意义。所用的词语及其表述要符合民族语言构词与用语习惯,并利于国内、外学术交流。应该是科学的、明晰的、正确的。但在一些地质书刊、文献中,却常可见到某些概念混淆,似是而非或表述不当的学术词语。就笔者所见,例举如后,不当之处,请读者批评指正。
Natural science terms, terminology is a language tool for scientific and technological exchanges, should have a clear scientific concept, and can properly reflect its significance. The words and expressions used should be consistent with the formation of national languages and the language habits, and conducive to domestic and foreign academic exchanges. It should be scientific, clear and correct. However, in some geology books and literature, it is common to find some academic terms that are confused, plausible or improperly expressed. As far as I can see, examples such as after, improper, please readers criticism.
