目的客观测量和比较青光眼病人与正常人视网膜神经纤维层(RNFL)厚度。方法用神经纤维分析仪(NFA)对15例(25眼)开角青光眼病人及25例(42眼)正常人视盘区神经纤维层厚度进行测量,然后经计算机自动分析求出上、下、颞、鼻4个区RNFL厚度及平均厚度,所得数据经统计学分析。结果青光眼患者上、下区域RNFL平均厚度分别为(84.47±12.09)μm和(77.49±16.63)μm,总平均厚度(72.51±12.09)μm,均低于正常人[分别为(104.92±20.56)μm,(95.48±15.62)μm和(86.15±14.75)μm)],统计学差异有显著意义(P<0.01);颞、鼻侧厚度与正常人差异不明显。结论RNFL厚度分析可望作为青光眼早期诊断依据之一。
Objective To objectively measure and compare the retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickness of glaucoma patients and normal people. Methods Nerve fiber analyzer (NFA) was used to measure the thickness of nerve fiber in 15 cases (25 eyes) of open-angle glaucoma and 25 cases (42 eyes) of normal subjects. Then the thickness of nerve fiber layer in optic disc was measured by computer automatically. , Nasal RNFL thickness and average thickness of four districts, the data obtained by statistical analysis. Results The average RNFL thickness in the upper and lower regions of glaucoma patients were (84.47 ± 12.09) μm and (77.49 ± 16.63) μm, respectively, with a mean total thickness of 72.51 ± 12.09 μm (104.92 ± 20.56) μm, (95.48 ± 15.62) μm and (86.15 ± 14.75) μm respectively), the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). There was no significant difference in temporal and nasal thickness between the two groups. Conclusion The thickness of RNFL is expected to be one of the early diagnoses of glaucoma.
