创新要素是影响一个国家和地区核心竞争力的关键因素。推进创新要素交易便利化是实现创新价值,推进上海加快建设具有全球影响力的科技创新中心(以下简称“科技创新中心”)的重要条件。本文基于上海社会科学院课题组的研究成果,重点围绕目前上海创新要素交易面临的四大瓶颈问题进行了梳理分析,并提出了若干对策建议。
Innovative elements are the key factors affecting the core competitiveness of a country. Promoting Innovative Factors Trading facilitation is an important condition for realizing the value of innovation and for accelerating the acceleration of Shanghai’s construction of a science and technology innovation center with global influence (hereinafter referred to as “science and technology innovation center”). Based on the research results of the research group of Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, this paper focuses on the four major bottlenecks faced by Shanghai’s innovative factor transactions and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
