体质弱势群体学生在高校广泛存在且数量呈现上升趋势;这些学生的体育行为特征表现为畏惧怕难、性格文静内向、不爱运动、缺乏体育锻炼的主动性、个别学生自卑心理还相当严重。提高他们的体质健康水平必须循着一条有针对性和实效性并使他们终身受益的路径开展教育和实践。实践表明:运用和开展体育休闲娱乐活动对提高高校体质弱势群体学生的体质健康水平效果显著,体育休闲娱乐活动也正是体质弱势群体学生所能做的最佳的锻炼形式。坚持体育休闲娱乐活动也就是坚持适当的体育锻炼。
Physically disadvantaged groups of students in colleges and universities are widely present and the number showed an upward trend; these students showed their behavioral characteristics of fear of fear, character quiet introverted, do not love sports, lack of physical activity initiative, individual students inferiority complex is still very serious. To improve their physical and mental health, education and practice must follow a path that is both targeted and effective and that benefits them for life. Practice shows that the use and development of sports leisure and recreational activities have significant effects on improving the physique and health level of the disadvantaged groups of students in colleges and universities. The sports recreational and entertainment activities are also the best training forms that the students of the disadvantaged groups can do. Adhere to sports and leisure activities that is, insist on proper physical exercise.
