本文在硫磷混酸介质中,利用Fe(phen)_3~(3+)与试样中二价铁形成Fe(phen)_3~(2+)络合物测定二价铁及全铁。其最大吸收峰为505(?),摩尔吸光系数为1.0x 10~4,Fe~(2+)在0~175μg/100ml内服从比尔定律。本法可在较大量Fe~(3+)存在下准确测定Fe~(2+).
In this paper, Fe (phen) _3 ~ (3+) and Fe (phen) _3 ~ (2+) complexes in ferrous and phosphorous mixed media were used to determine ferrous and total ferric. The maximum absorption peak was 505 (?), The molar absorptivity was 1.0x10 ~ 4, and Beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 175μg / 100ml. This method can accurately detect Fe ~ (2+) in the presence of a large amount of Fe ~ (3+).
