穿孔素是一种功能和结构均类似补体Ｃ９的蛋白质，主要存在于ＣＴＬ和ＮＫ细胞的胞浆颗粒中。业已证明，它是细胞介导的细胞毒作用（ＣＭＣ）的主要溶细胞效应分子。本文概述了穿孔素在ＣＭＣ中的作用及其机理、特点、意义。
Perforin is a protein that is functionally and structurally similar to complement C9 and is found mainly in the cytoplasmic granules of CTL and NK cells. It has been demonstrated that it is the major cytolytic effector of cell-mediated cytotoxicity (CMC). This article summarizes the role of perforin in CMC and its mechanism, characteristics and significance.
