用聚氨酯橡胶(以下简称橡胶)制作的冲裁模,主要可用作薄板(小于0.3mm)的落料、冲孔及落料和冲孔复合工序等。一、橡胶冲裁模典型结构图1是一种带固定压料板的橡胶复合冲模。工作时,压料套10与凸凹模一起进入容框8挤压橡胶,从而有效地防止了材料的转移。另外,由于凸凹模和压料套、顶芯的端面都有一定的台阶差h,故当凸凹模压入橡胶达到一定的深度后,冲件便和原材料分离。冲裁后,工件留在橡胶表面,而废料则在上模回升时通过顶芯5和打板3推出模外。
