目的:研究中药鸡骨草的抗病毒活性及有效部位。方法:采用细胞体外抗病毒实验法,结合CPE法及MTT法,以TI值(治疗指数)为研究指标,以利巴韦林、阿昔洛韦为阳性对照药,研究鸡骨草及其不同萃取部位对呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)、单纯疱疹病毒(HSV-1)、柯萨奇病毒(COX-B5)的抑制作用。结果:鸡骨草对RSV、HSV-1有较好的效果,TI值分别为15.56和13.55;30%乙醇部位对COX-B5效果较好,其TI值为16.11;50%乙醇部位对RSV效果较好,其TI值为27.86;70%乙醇部位对HSV-1效果较好,其TI值为14.93。结论:鸡骨草提取物具有体外抗RSV、HSV-1、COX-B5的活性。
Objective: To study the antiviral activity and effective site of Abrus cantoniensis. Methods: The in vitro anti-virus experiment was used in combination with CPE method and MTT method. TI value (therapeutic index) was taken as the research index. Ribavirin and acyclovir were used as positive control drugs to study the effects of Aconitum and its derivatives Extraction site on the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), herpes simplex virus (HSV-1), Coxsackie virus (COX-B5) inhibition. Results: Clovergrass had good effect on RSV and HSV-1, with TI values of 15.56 and 13.55, respectively. The effect of 30% ethanol on COX-B5 was better with a TI value of 16.11. RSV effect of 50% Better, the TI value is 27.86; 70% ethanol site on HSV-1 better, the TI value of 14.93. Conclusion: Abrupt extract has anti-RSV, HSV-1 and COX-B5 activity in vitro.
