试验研究了不同含量的两种碳化钨粉末对镍基自熔合金喷熔层耐磨性的影响。结果表明,碳化钨粉末对喷熔层有显著的增强作用,其中质量分数为50%铸造碳化钨的喷熔层耐磨性约为Ni60喷熔层的9倍、合金高铬铸铁的14倍。从组织上分析了耐磨性升高的原因。
The effects of two kinds of tungsten carbide powders with different contents on the wear resistance of the nickel-based self-fluxing alloy spray-melted layer were studied. The results show that the tungsten carbide powder has a significant enhancement on the spray layer. The abrasion resistance of the sprayed layer with the mass fraction of 50% of the cast tungsten carbide is about 9 times that of the Ni60 sprayed layer and 14 times that of the alloy high chromium cast iron.
