The incidence of neonatal hemorrhagic disease in the Netherlands was 1: 8000 before routine use of vitamin K_1. At the end of 1990, the Dutch Pediatric Society proposed the use of vitamin K 1 in neonates, but this program lacks scientific evidence. Therefore, the Dutch scholar Hogen-birk et al placebo-controlled randomized double-blind study of breast-feeding, artificial feeding and birth to a vitamin K_1 on neonatal vitamin K_1 and its related blood coagulation factor blood concentration. 37-42 weeks of pregnancy delivery, birth weight> 2500g
