为探讨长期职业性苯暴露对人体外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响,对检索国内外数据库得到的9篇关于职业性苯暴露下人体外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化的文献进行Meta分析。结果显示,与对照组相比,暴露组T细胞百分比的均数差为0.17,95%CI为-2.84~3.17,差异无统计学意义;CD4+百分比、CD8+百分比和CD4+/CD8+比值的均数差分别为-5.36、6.16、-0.26,95%CI依次为-9.20~-1.53、1.47~10.85、-0.32~-0.20,差异均有统计学意义。提示长期职业性苯暴露会导致CD4+百分比下降、CD8+百分比上升及CD4+/CD8+比值下降,但是对T细胞百分比的影响尚不能确定。
To investigate the effect of long-term occupational benzene exposure on T-lymphocyte subsets in human peripheral blood and to do a meta-analysis of 9 articles retrieved from domestic and foreign databases for the changes of T-lymphocyte subsets in human peripheral blood exposed to occupational benzene. The results showed that compared with the control group, the average difference of T cell percentage in exposed group was 0.17, and the 95% CI was -2.84 to 3.17, the difference was not statistically significant; mean difference of CD4 + percentage, CD8 + percentage and CD4 + / CD8 + ratio Respectively, -5.36,6.16, -0.26, 95% CI followed by -9.20 ~ -1.53,1.47 ~ 10.85, -0.32 ~ -0.20, the differences were statistically significant. It is suggested that long-term occupational benzene exposure will lead to the decrease of the percentage of CD4 +, the increase of the percentage of CD8 + and the decrease of the ratio of CD4 + / CD8 +. However, the influence on the percentage of T cells is uncertain.
