为配合高炉冶炼,1985年6~10月,在包钢l~#高炉上采用插入式WRLB—600X快速微型热电偶,配用电位差计直接读数,在主铁沟沙口处及北渣口渣沟内,对出渣出铁过程中的渣铁温度进行点测和连测。连测是从铁水流过沙口时每隔3~5分钟测定一次;点测是从打开铁口8~10分钟即铁水流满第一罐时开始测定,中间再测定3~4次,然后取其平均值,加上热电偶尾端温度所对应的毫伏数,作为实测的铁水温度值。
