一、导言眼睛对于我们十分重要,它赋予人类认识世界的能力。可以认为,眼睛是一种辐射探测器,它基于光生理效应,其响应波段为0.39微米至0.76微米。作为探测辐射用的光电探测器也可以认为是一种“眼睛”,它是人类认识自然的重要工具,是性能比人眼性能优异千百倍的“科学眼睛”。我们知道,电磁辐射包括从γ射线(~0.01埃)直到无线电波长波(~10~4米)的整个辐射波段。通常人们把包括紫外、可见和红外辐射的波段(波长从0.01微米到1000微米)范围称为电磁波的光学波段,用于探测光学波段的辐射探测器称为光电探测
I. INTRODUCTION Eyes are very important to us and give humankind the ability to understand the world. It is believed that the eye is a radiation detector based on photophysiological effects with a response band of 0.39 microns to 0.76 microns. As a photodetector for detecting radiation, it can also be regarded as an “eye”, which is an important tool for mankind to understand nature and is a “scientific eye” whose performance is more than 100 times better than that of the human eye. We know that the electromagnetic radiation includes the entire radiation band from gamma rays (~ 0.01 angstroms) up to radio wavelength waves (~ 10 ~ 4 meters).
