目的:探讨从章鱼干中提取的2种糖蛋白粗品以及经分级纯化的4种糖蛋白对正常小鼠和免疫抑制小鼠脾细胞的增殖作用。方法:MTT比色法测定脾细胞的增殖。结果:所有样品对正常小鼠脾细胞和免疫抑制小鼠脾细胞增殖均有促进作用,对于免疫抑制小鼠脾细胞增殖作用更为显著,与ConA合用部分级分在一定的剂量下有协同作用。结论:章鱼干糖蛋白能促进小鼠脾细胞增殖。
Objective: To investigate the proliferation of splenocytes from normal mice and immunosuppressed mice by the crude glycoproteins extracted from dried octopus and the four purified glycoproteins. Methods: MTT assay was used to determine the proliferation of spleen cells. RESULTS: All samples promoted the proliferation of normal mouse spleen cells and immunosuppressed mouse splenocytes. The proliferation of spleen cells in immunosuppressed mice was more pronounced, and there was a synergistic effect with some ConA fractions at certain doses. . Conclusion: The dried glycoprotein of octopus can promote the proliferation of mouse spleen cells.
