目的评估成都市2008年麻疹减毒活疫苗(MV)强化免疫效果。方法综合分析强化免疫期间的现场调查、快速评估报告和麻疹监测系统的病例资料。结果该次强化免疫接种适龄儿童1 678 854人,报告接种率和评估接种率均在98%以上,2008年报告麻疹疑似病例357例,经实验室检测确诊和临床诊断病例227例,发病率2.24//10万,较上年下降69.49%。结论成都市2008年麻疹疫苗强化免疫效果显著,麻疹发病显著降低。 Objective To evaluate the 2008 immunization of live attenuated measles vaccine (MV) in Chengdu. Methods A comprehensive analysis of field surveys, rapid assessment reports and case data from measles surveillance systems during intensive immunization was conducted. Results 1 678 854 children of this age were enrolled in this study. The coverage rates of vaccination and assessment were above 98%. 357 suspected cases of measles were reported in 2008 and 227 cases were diagnosed and clinically diagnosed by laboratory tests. The incidence rate was 2.24 // 100,000, down 69.49% from the previous year. Conclusion The effect of measles vaccine immunization in 2008 in Chengdu was significant, and the incidence of measles was significantly reduced.
