目的探讨CFH基因rs1061170单核苷酸多态性与冠心病的相关性。方法筛选2008年10月到2009年6月在我院心内科就诊的重庆汉族地区人群中243例,其中冠心病组175例和对照组68例,用荧光定量PCR分析法检测2组CFH基因rs1061170多态位点基因型,分析CFH基因的频率分布及比较不同基因型各亚组间临床代谢参数。结果冠心病组与对照组CFH基因rs1061107中TT、TC、CC基因型频率分别为87.4%、12.6%、0和94.1%、5.9%、0。两组基因型频率分布差异不显著(χ2=2.293,OR=2.301,95%CI为0.762-6.943,P>0.05),冠心病组T等位基因频率为85.3%,对照组为97.05%,两组等位基因频率分布无统计学意义(χ2=2.164,OR=2.213,95%CI=0.748-6.546,P>0.05)。冠心病组中TC基因人群的SBP、DBP、BUN、Cr明显高于TT基因人群(P<0.05)。结论 CFH基因rs1061170多态性与重庆地区部分汉族人群冠心病的发生可能无相关性。
Objective To investigate the association between rs1061170 single nucleotide polymorphism of CFH gene and coronary heart disease. Methods Totally 243 Chinese Han population of Chongqing from October 2008 to June 2009 were enrolled in our department, including 175 cases of CHD group and 68 cases of control group. Fluorescent quantitative PCR was used to detect rs1061170 The genotypes of polymorphic loci were analyzed. The frequency distribution of CFH gene was analyzed and the clinical metabolic parameters among different subtypes of genotypes were compared. Results The frequencies of TT, TC and CC genotypes in CFH gene rs1061107 in CHD group and control group were 87.4%, 12.6%, 0 and 94.1%, 5.9%, 0 respectively. There was no significant difference in genotype distribution between the two groups (χ2 = 2.293, OR = 2.301, 95% CI 0.762-6.943, P> 0.05). The frequency of T allele was 85.3% in coronary heart disease group and 97.05% There was no significant difference in allele frequencies between two groups (χ2 = 2.164, OR = 2.213, 95% CI = 0.748-6.546, P> 0.05). The SBP, DBP, BUN and Cr of TC gene in coronary heart disease group were significantly higher than those in TT gene group (P <0.05). Conclusion There is no correlation between CFH rs1061170 polymorphism and coronary heart disease in some Han population in Chongqing area.
