年轻干部肩负着全面振兴中华民族的历史使命。要担当起这一历史重任,广大年轻干部必须全面提高自身素质和能力.尤其要重视提高驾驭全局的能力。从目前年轻干部总体的思想、工作实际来看,纵然有思想活跃、风华正茂、进取精神强等优势,但也存在着一些不容忽视的问题与不足。主要是思想观念还不能完全适应新形势的要求,政治素质还不够过硬,工作经验还不够丰富。这些问题与不足影响着他们驾驭全局能力的提高。
Young cadres shoulder the historic mission of rejuvenating the Chinese nation in an all-round way. To take up this historic task, the vast majority of young cadres must fully improve their own quality and ability, with particular emphasis on improving their ability to control the overall situation. From the current thinking and work reality of young cadres in general, there are still some problems and shortcomings that can not be ignored, even though they are active in thinking, flourishing and enterprising. The main idea is not fully meet the requirements of the new situation, the political quality is not perfect, the work experience is not rich enough. These problems and deficiencies affect their ability to control the overall improvement.
