本文采用了X-射线萤光光谱快速测定矿石中的小量氧化铌的方法。提出用试样对靶子的特征散射线(MoKα)代替外加内标,有效地补偿了基体效应及仪器波动等影响。此法能适用于组成变化范围较广的试样。对矿样中的稀土元素干扰可借控制工作电压来消除。试样不必经过称量、稀释或其他处理,将粉末试样压成饼子后即可直接测定。本法的准确度良好。其分析结果与化学法和光谱法的结果一致。精密度,对含量千分之一的试样分析15次,求得标准偏差为0.002。灵敏度为万分之二。此法具有简便、快速、经济等特点。
In this paper, a method for the rapid determination of niobium oxide in ore by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry has been developed. It is proposed that the characteristic scattering line (MoKα) of the target should be used instead of the external standard to effectively compensate the influence of matrix effect and instrument fluctuation. This method can be applied to a wide range of sample composition changes. The rare earth elements in the mine interference can be controlled by operating voltage to eliminate. The sample does not have to be weighed, diluted or otherwise processed, and the powder sample can be directly measured after it is pressed into cakes. The accuracy of this law is good. The analysis results are consistent with the results of the chemical and spectroscopic methods.
