随着建筑行业的不断创新发展,建筑工程造价预算逐渐的被广大建设者关注起来,其中对工程造价的控制可以说关系到整个工程建设资金的使用情况,因为其预算工作是工程施工中的对资本控制的重要依据。而目前我国工程造价所遇见的难题就是造价意识薄弱、管理水平落后等一系列问题,它们会直接或者间接的影响工程造价使其超出预算。下面笔者将从几点对建筑工程中的工程造价超预算问题进行分析以期为同行提供经验。
