体外培养肿瘤细胞实验结果表明，利生丸不同浓度对肿瘤细胞主株 Ｋ_(５６２)生长抑制作用明显且稳定 ＩＧ_(５０)为 ７． ５９３６ｕｇ／ｍｌ。利生丸（１．５ｇ／ｋｇ，ｉ，ｇ）对Ｈｅｐｓ荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长抑制作用明显且抑瘤作用稳定，平均抑瘤率为３８．２％；对ＥＡＣ荷瘤小鼠生命延长率２６．８８％。
The experimental results of cultured tumor cells in vitro showed that the different concentrations of Lisheng Pill had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of K_(562) tumor cells, and the stability of IG_(50) was 7. 5936ug/ml. Lisheng Pills (1.5g/kg,i,g) had a significant inhibitory effect on tumor growth in Heps tumor bearing mice and a stable tumor inhibitory effect with an average tumor inhibitory rate of 38.2%. The life span prolongation rate of EAC tumor bearing mice was 26 .88%.
