避暑胜地北戴河早已声名远播,但若提起最早开发北戴河的人,却鲜为人知。这个人,就是朱启钤先生。朱启钤先生(1872—1964),字桂辛,号蠖公,祖籍贵州开阳,生于河南信阳。19岁那年随其姨丈即后来任晚清工部尚书、大学士的翟鸿机入川做下级官吏,开始了宦途生涯。晚清时曾任京师大学堂译学馆提调、京师外域巡警厅丞、东三省蒙务局督办、津浦铁路局北段督办。
Beidaihe summer resort has long been famous, but if you mention the first person to develop Beidaihe, but little-known. This person is Mr. Zhu Qiji. Mr. Zhu Qizhi (1872-1964), the word Gui Xin, No. 蠖 male, ancestral home in Kaiyang, Guizhou, was born in Xinyang, Henan. 19 years old that year with his uncle who later worked late Qing Gushangshu, Bachelor Zhai Hongji into the lower officials, began a career career path. In the late Qing Dynasty, he served as a translator of the Beijing Normal University Translator’s School. He was supervised by the Chengdu Metropolitan Police Department of the Outlying Area of Jingdezhen and supervised by the Mongolia Bureau of the Northeast China Railway and supervised by the north section of Jinpu Railway Administration.
