本研究采用电镜酶细胞化学的方法观察了不同胚龄以及经诱导调亡处理后鸡胚脾脏巨噬细胞溶酶体AcP酶的变化情况.取10天、13在、17天鸡胚脾脏,按Comori法显示ACP酶.不同胚龄脾脏巨噬细胞AcP酶细胞化学染色阳性者做溶酶体计数.结果显示:随着胚龄的增加溶酶体数随之增加,所得数据经统计分析表明各胚龄问溶酶体数的差异有统计学意义.将15天胚龄鸡胚用放线菌酮处理诱导凋亡,按同样方法显示AcP酶.对照组酶反应强度较弱,凋亡组可见巨噬细胞的
In this study, the changes of lysosomal AcP enzyme in chicken embryo spleen macrophages after different embryonic age and induced apoptosis were observed by electron microscopy cytochemistry. Comori method showed ACP enzyme.At different ages of spleen macrophages AcP enzyme positive cells were used for lysosomal count.The results showed that: with the increase of embryonic age, the number of lysosomes increased, the data obtained by statistical analysis showed that each Erythrocyte lysozyme number of embryo age were statistically significant.With 15 days embryo age chicken embryos treated with cycloheximide to induce apoptosis, the same method showed AcP enzyme.The control group of enzyme reaction intensity is weak, the apoptotic group can be seen Macrophage
