脾血管内皮肉瘤罕见,国外Autry (Cancer35:534,1975)报告1例,并收集1879—1973年文献中49例。我院曾遇1例,报告如下。女性,54岁,农民。1975年5月28日入院。患者发现左上腹肿块3月,开始如拳头大,增长迅速,伴疼痛、恶心、呕吐和发热(38—39.5℃),有明显消瘦。体检:一般情况差、消瘦、苍白,无黄疸和出血点,浅表淋巴结未及,心肺正常。左 Splenic endothelium sarcoma rare, foreign Autry (Cancer35: 534,1975) reported in 1 case, and collected in 1879-1973 literature 49 cases.
