一、对课题研究的几点认识 1985年5月,中共中央《关于教育体制改革的决定》公布之后,国家教委立即着手组织全面实施,九年义务教育阶段的课程教材改革就是其中的一项比较复杂的系统工程。1990年开始,国家教委对义务教育阶段的课程计划、教学大纲和教材进行了整体试验。1991年7月,我省承担了国家教委基础教育司“‘五.四’制农村小学、初中课程改革的研究与试验”课题。 开展农村中小学课程改革,对于落实九年义务教育、服务农村经济建设和完善课程计划都有着重要的意义。 1.有利于落实九年义务教育对课程设置、内容的要
