采用计算机技术及数码管直接显示的新型IR降测试仪较之用恒电位测试仪、双积分数字电压表等常规电子仪器组成的测量装置具有测量精度高、速度快、能捕捉到断电后瞬时电位值、体积小、重量轻、采用干电池供电、便于野外携带等优点。通过六合一仪征站段的测试证明该仪器是当前强制阴极保护测试中较先进的仪器。这次测试还表明,用断电法测试IR降,当盱眙、仪征两站断电,仅六合供电时管道的真实电位均低于最小保护电位,效果较好。但六合、仪征同时供电时管道真实保护电位略有升高,且六合的保护作用大于仪征,IR降以六合汇流点最大,靠近仪征站最小。
