胰外性巨大肿瘤并发的低血糖症临床上罕见,国内尚未见报告。今将我院近年来收治的2例报告如下。病例摘要例1:住院号189704,男,18岁。于1969年底发现左上腹有肿块,如拳大,无任何不适。入院前3个月迅速增大,曾发作昏迷2次,均经静注葡萄糖后清醒。于1970年11月25日转来我院。体检:体温37.2℃,脉率120,血压138/90。神志不清,满月面,色潮红,多痤疮,睑结膜充血。心、肺无异常。左 Pancreatic external tumor complicated with hypoglycemia clinically rare, no report yet.
