全国职业院校技能大赛作为目前引领高职院校课程改革的一面旗帜,已经对各大院校的课程改革起到了影响作用。我国的高等职业教育,本着以就业为导向,以满足社会人才需求为宗旨,已为企业和各种社会就业岗位培养出了很多的高端技术人才。特别是进入本世纪起来,各大职业院校越来越重视技术型人才的培养,各类全国性的职业院校技能大赛在各大高职院校里如火如荼地进行着。各大院校已经把在技能大赛方面取得的成绩,作为检验自身教学和课程改革的主要成果。
As a banner of curriculum reform in vocational colleges at present, the national vocational college skill competition has played an influential role in the curriculum reform in major colleges and universities. China’s higher vocational education, in line with the employment-oriented, in order to meet the needs of social talents for the purpose, for enterprises and various social jobs have trained a lot of high-end technical talent. Especially since the beginning of this century, major vocational colleges have placed more emphasis on the cultivation of skilled personnel. Various national vocational education competitions have been conducted in all major vocational colleges in full swing. Major institutions have already made achievements in the skills contest as a major result of testing their own teaching and curriculum reform.
