采用附着 -沉淀法制备了负载型 SO2 - 4 -Zr O2 / γ-Al2 O3催化剂。用 NH3-TPD考察了催化剂的酸性 ,用 XRD、IR等表征了催化剂的结构 ,用 BET法测了催化剂的比表面积。考察了制备条件对催化剂酸强度、酸中心结构、催化剂活性的影响 ,以及预处理温度和反应温度对正己烷异构化性能的影响。结果表明 ,处理液的浓度为 0 .8mol/ l、焙烧温度为 1 0 4 3 K时催化剂的酸性最强 ,催化剂样品中氧化锆以四方相存在 ,SO2 - 4 与锆离子以单配位形式结合 ,催化剂的比表面积高于 1 0 0 m2 / g
The supported SO2-4-ZrO2 / γ-Al2 O3 catalyst was prepared by the attachment-precipitation method. The acidity of the catalyst was investigated by NH3-TPD. The structure of the catalyst was characterized by XRD, IR and other methods. The specific surface area of the catalyst was measured by BET method. The effects of preparation conditions on the strength of catalyst, the acid center structure and the activity of catalyst were investigated. The effects of pretreatment temperature and reaction temperature on the isomerization performance of n-hexane were also investigated. The results show that the catalyst has the strongest acidity when the concentration of the treatment liquid is 0.8 mol / l and the calcination temperature is 1 0 4 3 K. The zirconia in the catalyst sample exists in the tetragonal phase. SO2 - In combination, the specific surface area of the catalyst is higher than 100 m 2 / g
