今年是“质量、品种、效益年”,本刊有意为此做点实事,特辟此栏目反映国营大中型企业的心愿与呼声。搞活国营大中型企业是90年代经济体制改革的核心,也是改革中难度最大的问题之一,我们欢迎广大企业家为解决这一问题各抒己见。在此,我们先将一组企业家的文章献给读者,希望能在社会——企业——政府之间起沟通作用,也希望藉此“先声”引起更多企业家的争鸣。
This year is the “year of quality, variety, and benefit.” This publication intends to do practical work for this purpose. This column is dedicated to reflecting the wishes and voices of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises. Invigorating the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises is the core of the economic system reform in the 1990s and one of the most difficult problems in the reforms. We welcome the opinions of all entrepreneurs to solve this problem. Here, we first present a group of entrepreneurs’ articles to readers, hoping to play a role in social-enterprise-government communication. We also hope to use this “preamble” to arouse the enthusiasm of more entrepreneurs.
