职业生涯规划即是对自己以后的职业以及整个人生进行规划和设计,根据自己设计和制定的计划一步步实现,达到职业生涯目标的过程。如今失业率逐渐攀升,就业问题成了全国都密切重视的问题。为了改善失业率急剧升高的现状,在职业竞争中博得头筹,现代中高职的学生应尽早树立人生理想,根据自己的喜好和专长为自己制定一份职业生涯规划。体验式教学模式的提出,可以转换师生定位,帮助学生更好地理解职业规划的意义,增强学生自主学习和适应社会的能力。
Career planning is the process of planning and designing your own future career and the whole life, according to their own design and development plan to achieve step by step to achieve career goals. Nowadays, the unemployment rate has gradually risen. The issue of employment has become a problem that has been paid close attention by the entire nation. In order to improve the unemployment rate rising rapidly in the professional competition to win the forefront of modern vocational and secondary vocational students as soon as possible to establish the ideal of life, according to their own preferences and expertise to develop a career plan for themselves. The experiential teaching mode can change the orientation of teachers and students, help students better understand the significance of career planning, and enhance students’ ability to learn and adapt themselves to the society.
