农业时常遭遇自然灾害和气候风险,所以自古就有靠天吃饭的说法。那么,新时期,农业市场风险有什么变化?又该如何应对?农业部市场与经济信息司司长张合成就“新时期农业市场风险及其应对”做的主题演讲,既富有学术性的严谨,又不失风趣,给笔者留下深刻的印象。张合成讲了三个观点,第一是新常态下农业风险的表现形式,第二是关于这些风险形成的背景和原因,第三是介绍了现在防控风险的大框架的思路。
