由正硅酸乙酯、γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷作为前躯体,端羟基硅油作为改性剂,通过溶胶-凝胶技术制备的一种混凝土耐腐蚀涂层,二月硅酸二丁基锡作为Si-O-Si结构形成的催化剂。红外分析结果说明正硅酸乙酯和端羟基硅油有效地通过化学键形成一种有机无机复合材料;涂膜后混凝土表面接触角由原来的40°增加到90°~110°,随着端羟基硅油的量增加,疏水性增强;5%NaCl作为盐雾试验源,盐雾试验结果显示复合溶胶有8~14 mm的降低氯离子渗透能力,结果说明复合溶胶增强了混凝的耐腐蚀能力。
A concrete corrosion-resistant coating prepared by sol-gel technique using tetraethylorthosilicate, γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane as a precursor, hydroxy-terminated silicone oil as a modifier, Dibutyltin acid acts as a catalyst for the formation of a Si-O-Si structure. Infrared analysis results show that TEOS and hydroxyl-terminated silicone oil effectively form an organic-inorganic composite by chemical bonding. The contact angle of the concrete surface after coating increases from 40 ° to 90 ° -110 °. With the hydroxyl-terminated silicone oil The amount of NaCl increased and the hydrophobicity increased. Salt spray test showed that the composite sol had 8 ~ 14 mm reduction of chloride ion permeability. The results showed that the composite sol enhanced the corrosion resistance of coagulation.
