研制出一种强酸促进的甲烷非氧化脱氢芳构化催化剂Mo-A/HZSM-5.在可比的实验条件下,其对甲烷的转化活性和苯收率比非促进的Mo/HZSM-5催化剂均提高约40%,且催化剂稳定性大为提高.实验结果揭示表面酸度,主要是表面B-酸位浓度,与甲烷的转化活性密切相关.本文认为在强酸促进的Mo-A/HZSM-5催化剂上,甲烷活化脱氢主要系经由B-酸助的C-H键异裂的反应途径,即:低价Mo物种则可能在稳定卡宾中间态,以及后续的齐聚、芳构化过程中起重要作用.
A strong acid promoted methane non-oxidative dehydroaromatization catalyst Mo-A / HZSM-5 was developed. Under comparable experimental conditions, the conversion of methane to benzene and the yield of benzene increased by about 40% compared with non-promoted Mo / HZSM-5 catalyst, and the catalyst stability was greatly improved. The experimental results reveal that the surface acidity, mainly the surface B-acid concentration, is closely related to the methane conversion activity. In this paper, it is suggested that the activated dehydrogenation of methane is mainly through the reaction pathway of the C-H bond assisted by the B-acid on the strongly acid promoted Mo-A / HZSM-5 catalyst, ie, the low Mo species may be in the middle of the stable carbene State, and subsequent gathering, aromatization process plays an important role.
