以秦岭石蝴蝶为试材,采用叶插繁殖方法,研究了不同扦插基质和不同扦插方式对不定根、不定芽生长的影响,以期建立秦岭石蝴蝶的高效繁殖体系,提高繁殖效率,从而使秦岭石蝴蝶的种质资源得到有效保护。结果表明:3种扦插基质中,珍珠岩+蛭石+泥炭土=1∶1∶1混合基质扦插效果最好,不定根发生需26~34d,生根率为81.00%~94.33%,子株生成需29~33d,子株数为4.03~5.64株,且幼苗生长健壮。扦插方式对不定根的生成也产生一定影响,其中全叶扦插的生根率最高,为94.33%。从生根时间、生根数及平均根长来看,全叶的生根效果明显优于其它2种扦插方式。
Taking Qinling stone butterfly as test material, this paper studied the effects of different cutting media and different cutting methods on adventitious root and adventitious buds growth in order to establish an efficient breeding system for Qinling stone butterfly and improve the breeding efficiency, so that Qinling stone Butterfly germplasm resources are effectively protected. The results showed that the best cuttings of pearlite + vermiculite + peat soil mixed with 1: 1: 1 mixture were the best among the three kinds of cutting matrices. The adventitious rooting took 26 ~ 34 days, the rooting rate was 81.00% ~ 94.33% ~ 33d, the number of sub-strains was 4.03 ~ 5.64 strains, and seedlings grow robust. The cutting method also had a certain influence on the formation of adventitious roots, among which the rooting rate of full-leaf cutting was the highest, 94.33%. From rooting time, rooting number and average root length, rooting effect of whole leaf is obviously better than the other two kinds of cutting methods.
