本文研究了含 Co、Cr、Si 的铜基合金在固溶处理和固溶时效处理过程中的相变化。金相观察和电子探针分析表明,所研究的合金在时效处理后其组成相为α-Cu 基体(Co 和 Si 等在铜中的固溶体)、Co_5Cr_3Si_2三元化合物(X 相)和 Co_2Si 相。X 相颗粒随固溶处理温度的升高有长大的趋势,X 相的数量也有所增加。在时效过程中,合金从α-Cu 基体和 X 相中分解析出 Co_2Si 相。Co_2Si 相是合金时效的强化相。
In this paper, the phase transformation of copper-based alloys containing Co, Cr, Si during solution treatment and solution aging treatment was studied. Metallographic observation and electron probe analysis showed that the composition of the investigated alloys were α-Cu matrix (solid solution of Co and Si in copper), Co_5Cr_3Si_2 ternary phase (X phase) and Co_2Si phase after aging treatment. X phase particles grow with the increase of solution treatment temperature, the number of X phase also increased. During the aging process, the alloy decomposes from the α-Cu matrix and the X phase to precipitate Co_2Si phase. Co_2Si phase is the strengthening phase of alloy aging.
