目的:检测牙周病患者牙周基础治疗前后龈沟液(GCF)重量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的变化。方法:用直径0.5cm滤纸片于治疗前及治疗后7d、1个月袋内法取同一位点GCF。SOD检测用放射免疫法。结果:GCF量和SOD含量以成人牙周炎组最高,边缘性牙龈炎组次之,对照组最低:且与GI成正比。治疗后明显下降(P>0.01)。结论:GCF和SOD可作为牙周组织破坏和炎症程度的客观指标之一,并可监测疗效。
Objective: To detect the change of GCF weight and superoxide dismutase (SOD) content in patients with periodontal disease before and after basic periodontal treatment. Methods: 0.5cm diameter filter paper before treatment and after treatment 7d, 1 month bag method to take the same site GCF. SOD detection by radioimmunoassay. Results: The levels of GCF and SOD were the highest in adult periodontitis group, followed by the marginal gingivitis group and the lowest in control group. After treatment decreased significantly (P> 0.01). Conclusion: GCF and SOD can be used as objective indexes of periodontal tissue destruction and inflammation, and can monitor the curative effect.
