合成了一种新的重氮硫化物.它对紫外光敏感[λ_(max)=380nm(在乙醚中),ε=15500],能在较低温度下实现顺一反异构化,因此,有可能用作物理显影的光敏剂.
A new diazo sulfide was synthesized, which is sensitive to UV light [λ max = 380 nm (in ether), ε = 15500] and can achieve the trans-isomerization at lower temperature. Therefore, It is possible to use as a photosensitizer for physical development.
