奇瑞董事长尹同跃正为奇瑞做“换脑手术”。这一次尹同跃要从“革自己的命”开始。奇瑞的厂区基本上占了安徽芜湖经济开发区的2/3,这里白天夜晚街上都行人稀少,只有在早中晚上下班的时候,可以看见扎堆的班车往来穿梭,一群群身着蓝色工服的奇瑞员工进进出出。在普通芜湖人眼里,奇瑞的厂区太大了,门禁无数,不同的大门需要不同的出入证,根本搞不清楚里边的弯弯绕绕。那是一个有着外人难以了解的节奏和规则的王国。
