采用OM,SEM,TEM及EBSD等方法,对低合金钢板条组织的精细组织结构进行了研究,并测试了不同热处理条件下试验钢的低温韧性。研究过程中,从晶体学、亚单元对性能的定量影响规律、解理裂纹扩展路径的实际观察等3个方面分别研究控制低温韧性的“有效晶粒尺寸”。几个不同方面的研究结果均表明,板条块(block)是决定低合金钢板条组织低温韧性的最小亚单元,即板条块尺寸是影响低温韧性的“有效晶粒尺寸”。
The microstructure of low alloyed steel strip was investigated by OM, SEM, TEM and EBSD methods. The low temperature toughness of the test steel under different heat treatment conditions was also tested. In the course of the study, the “effective grain size” for controlling the low temperature toughness was studied respectively from three aspects: the laws of crystallography, the quantitative influence of the subunits on the properties and the actual observation of the crack propagation path. Several different aspects of the study show that the slab is the smallest sub-unit that determines the low-temperature toughness of the low-alloy steel slab. The slab size is the “effective grain size” that affects low temperature toughness.
