为了对超声波油耗仪测试质量进行定量评价,并验证研发的汽车超声波油耗仪的测试性能,进行了汽车超声波油耗仪测试结果的不确定度评定。基于超声波时差法的汽车油耗测试数学计算模型,确定了汽车油耗测试结果不确定度的来源。对油耗仪测试结果的不确定度分量进行分析与计算,并对油耗测试不确定度进行合成,得到汽车超声波油耗仪的扩展不确定度为0.806%。研究结果表明:研发的汽车超声波油耗仪测试结果离散性小,测试质量好,能满足汽车油耗测试要求,可为研发高测试精度的汽车油耗仪提供参考和借鉴。
In order to quantitatively evaluate the testing quality of the ultrasonic fuel consumption meter and verify the testing performance of the developed automobile ultrasonic fuel consumption meter, the uncertainty of the test results of the automobile ultrasonic fuel consumption meter is evaluated. Based on the mathematic calculation model of automobile fuel consumption test based on ultrasonic time difference method, the source of the uncertainty of automobile fuel consumption test result is determined. The uncertainty components of the fuel consumption meter test results are analyzed and calculated, and the uncertainty of the fuel consumption test is synthesized. The extended uncertainty of the ultrasonic fuel consumption meter is 0.806%. The research results show that the developed test results of automobile ultrasonic fuel consumption meter have small discreteness, good test quality, and can meet the requirements of automobile fuel consumption test, which can provide references for the development of automobile fuel consumption meter with high test accuracy.
