目的:探讨联冠垫配合直丝弓矫治器治疗恒牙列前牙反的临床效果。方法:选择恒牙期牙性前牙反病人22例,戴用联冠垫矫治器打开咬合,同时使用直丝弓矫治器排齐整平牙列,统计病人戴用矫治器的时间,治疗前后拍摄头颅侧位片进行头影测量分析,并对软硬组织变化情况进行配对t检验。结果:22例病人反解除时间最短2个月,最长6个月,平均3.8个月,矫治完成后病人磨牙关系正常,前牙覆覆盖关系正常,侧貌外形获得较大改善。X线头影测量数据显示上下颌骨和上下前牙有一定的改变。结论:使用联冠垫配合直丝弓矫治器是矫治恒牙列前牙反的有效方法。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of conjunctiva pad combined with straight wire appliance in treatment of anterior teeth obstruction of permanent dentition. Methods: Twenty-two patients with permanent denture anterior teeth anti-epistaxis were enrolled in this study. The patients were instructed to wear orthodontic braces to open the bite. Before and after the cephalometric cranial films were taken cephalometric analysis, and changes in the soft and hard tissue paired t test. Results: The patients with 22 cases had the longest relief of antifeasant removal for 2 months and the longest 6 months, with an average of 3.8 months. The relationship between the molars was normal after correction, the coverage of the anterior teeth covered with plaster was normal, and the shape of the lateral appearance was greatly improved. X-cephalometry data show the mandible and upper and lower anterior teeth have some changes. Conclusion: The use of conjoined pad with straight wire appliance is an effective method of treating the anterior teeth ridges of permanent dentition.
