当前,在许多乡镇大兴招商引资之风,直至形成一种政治任务,一种政绩考核标准。然而据笔者观察,这种一窝蜂式的过热行为实在是弊大于利,不仅起不到发展农村、富裕农民的作用,反而祸害无穷,严重破坏了社会主义新农村的发展进程。
Currently, Daxing attracts investment in many towns and villages until a political task is formed, a standard of performance evaluation. However, according to the author’s observation, such a swarm of overheated behavior is more harm than good. It not only fails to achieve the role of developing rural areas but also affluent peasants. On the contrary, it has no scourge and seriously undermines the development process of a new socialist countryside.
