采用薄层色谱法定性鉴别三子消炎洗剂中的苦参、蛇床子药材;用高效液相色谱法测定三子消炎洗剂中君药蛇床子主要成分蛇床子素的含量,色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18(250mm×4.6mm,粒直径5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(60∶40);流速为1.0ml/min;柱温:25℃;检测波长为322nm。结果表明:制订的薄层色谱方法能鉴定出三子消炎洗剂中含有苦参和蛇床子药材,且阴性对照结果无干扰;蛇床子素在2~80μg/ml范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.9999,回归方程为y=38036.74364x+22.975。稳定性试验的RSD为0.07%(n=6),精密度试验的RSD为0.12%(n=6),方法重复性的RSD为0.90%(n=6),蛇床子素的平均加样回收率为98.6%,RSD为0.30%(n=6)。建立的方法操作简便、灵敏、快速,结果可靠性高、准确性和重现性好,适用于三子消炎洗剂的质量控制。
TLC determination of Sanzi anti-inflammatory lotion in Sophora, Cnidium herbs; Determination of Sanzi Xiaoyan lotion in the main component of Ostreatium Osthole hormone content by HPLC column for the Agilent TC-C18 (250mm × 4.6mm, particle diameter 5μm); the mobile phase was methanol-water (60:40); the flow rate was 1.0ml / min; the column temperature was 25 ℃; the detection wavelength was 322nm. The results showed that the developed thin layer chromatography method can identify Sanzi anti-inflammatory lotion containing Sophora flavescens and Fructus cnidii herbs, and the negative control results without interference; osthole in the range of 2 ~ 80μg / ml, a good linear relationship, r = 0.9999, the regression equation is y = 38036.74364x + 22.975. The RSD of the stability test was 0.07% (n = 6), the RSD of the precision test was 0.12% (n = 6), the repeatability RSD was 0.90% (n = 6) The rate was 98.6% with a RSD of 0.30% (n = 6). The established method is simple, sensitive and rapid, with high reliability, good accuracy and reproducibility, and is suitable for the quality control of Sanzi anti-inflammatory lotion.
