本期为大家介绍的这个步型是华尔兹舞中特有的步伐。通过这个步伐的练习使大家掌握华尔兹中不同升降形式,以及男士如何引导舞伴进入外侧位置。1男士步伐:开始时男士面向斜壁,跳(1-3)左转步,结求时背向舞壁,重心落在左脚。女士步伐:开始时面向斜壁,跳(1-3)左转步,结束时面向舞壁,重心落在右脚。男士第一步:右脚后退,脚尖—脚跟。背向斜壁,身体稍向左转。此时重心不升起。错误动作:很多初学跳舞的朋友,在跳左转的前导步时,重心没有落到左脚,左脚跟还没有着地就急忙退右脚,导致右脚后退步过大,舞伴重心跟不上来,失去平衡。
