根据杜威的“从做中学”、陶行知的“教学做合一”等教育理论,借鉴一些成熟的培训模式,结合多年的数学教师培训工作经验,构建了“导—研—行”教师培训模式.该模式是通过培训专家的“导”、参培教师的“研”和“行”(实践)等培训活动,完成培训任务、实现培训目标的一种培训形式.该模式具有引领性与示范性,反思性与研究性,操作性与实践性等特点.此模式在四川省农村中小学数学教师培训实践中取得良好效果.
