从事建筑业务的中央企业,是建筑企业的重要组成部分,在建筑业乃至全社会都具有重要地位。2011年,有5家中央建筑企业进入世界500强,占大陆61家上榜企业的8.2%;在2011年ENR225家国际承包商排名中,建筑类央企(含二三级企业)有30家,占大陆50家入围企业的60%;在住建部最新公布(截至2012年6月4日)的特级资质企业名单中,建筑类央企(含二三级企业)有84家92项,占全部248家257项的33.9%和35.8%。为全面揭示建筑央企的发展状况,本刊特约撰稿人梁磊先生撰写了“探析建筑央企”专栏,在全面梳理从事有建筑业务的中央企业的基础上,从企业管理和数据指标两个维度,系统分析了目前处于行业领先地位的建筑央企。他提出“随着投资领域和建筑市场的市场化,建筑央企应该加快企业的市场化步伐,包括经营的市场化、管理的市场化、资源的市场化、人员的市场化。”这对广大建筑企业加快转变发展方式,实现持续健康发展,具有较强的借鉴和指导意义。
Central enterprises engaged in construction business are important components of construction enterprises and have an important position in the construction industry and even the whole society. In 2011, 5 central construction enterprises entered the world’s top 500, accounting for 8.2% of the 61 enterprises in mainland China. Among the ENR225 international contractors in 2011, 30 were state-owned construction enterprises (including secondary and tertiary enterprises) Accounting for 60% of the 50 finalists in mainland China. Of the newly-listed qualified enterprises (as of June 4, 2012) recently released by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, there are 84 92 items of construction-oriented central enterprises (including secondary and tertiary enterprises), accounting for 248% 33.9% and 35.8% of the 257 items in the home.
