Cooperative learning has a positive impact and role in the current field of compulsory education. It plays a positive role in improving students ’academic performance on a large scale and promoting students’ good non-cognitive quality. However, the emergence of a new teaching method, in addition to its positive role it should play, inevitably has some negative effects. In the group cooperative learning activities, the “leading” of the top students in the group is not conducive to achieving fair competition within the group; the middle students and the students with learning difficulties are in a subordinate or neglected position.
