我车间于一九七五年开始应用数控铣床加工镁合金零件。一般加工精度可达0.1毫米。到现在为止,共加工了28项计1万多件零件。一、典型零件加工举例当前,我车间的数控铣床主要用于批生产。取代原来硬式靠模加工工序,以及新机研制中的复杂零件的加工。加工的典型零件如: 1.长板条形零件(见图1) 原来按划线分三道工序加工,单件铣工工对75分钟,钳工工时30分钟。采用数控加工后,单件铣工工时降为20分钟,钳工工时降为4分钟。 2.封闭曲线形零件(见图2)
