The enjoyment of certain rights of citizens and the fulfillment of their obligations do not exist in the whole process of the life of natural persons from birth to death, but have the legal age limit. This article will use the relevant laws and regulations of the People’s Republic of China as a basis to introduce the legal age for citizens of China to enjoy their rights and fulfill their obligations. 1.
