海上人工岛建设在我国从无到有,逐渐发展,而防波堤是海上人工岛的重要组成部分,是海上人工岛抵御潮汐、波浪作用的安全屏障。但由于海上人工岛布置在离岸海域,缺乏陆域依托条件和掩护条件,海上人工岛防波堤建设条件往往比近岸更为恶劣,建设难度更大,同时对于旅游人工岛还需要考虑与陆上开发设施在平面布置、竖向布置、景观方面的结合和协调等因素。通过对秦皇岛某海上旅游人工岛防波堤的堤身材料、防浪标准、断面形式、景观协调等方面经验进行了总结,以期为同类工程所借鉴。

Based on the experience of embankment material, wave prevention standard, cross-section form and landscape coordination of a jetty of man-made island for marine tourism in Qinhuangdao, this paper summarizes the experience of similar projects.
